Taj Hotel: Terms and Condition
1. Offer on Food & Beverages
- This offer entitles you to 20% discount on dining at participating restaurants across Taj, SeleQtions, and Vivanta hotels in India up to a maximum of 8 persons at a time.
- The offer has been auto-activated at the offer engine.
- Valid Tata Neu Pass Membership number /Mobile number to be provided at the time of availing offer and benefits and the discount will be automatically applied.
- Taxes are to be paid as applicable on the bill value.
- Member has to be present as one of the guests to avail discount.
- Table booking to be done in advance or subject to availability as per the restaurant protocols and time slots.
- Advance bookings for tables are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Please contact the hotel for booking or any queries you might have.
- The offer cannot be clubbed with other offers and special promotions or events/banquet functions.
- Any further dispute related to the offer shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This discount can be used for multiple transactions.
- The discount shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment nor redeemable for cash.
2. Offer on SPA
- These vouchers are issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as Taj / the company.
- These vouchers entitled you to the said discount towards spa treatments (does not include Spa Indulgences), only at participating Jiva spas across Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta hotels from Mondays through Thursdays only.
- Please do carry a valid Government ID Card to avail of this offer.
- This voucher along with ID proof in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service.
- Advance bookings for spa treatments are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Please contact the spa reception to help you with a consultation, booking or any queries you might have.
- This will be applicable from Monday to Thursday only and will not be applicable during weekends and black out period
- We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to benefit from the wet and heat areas (operations of the same subject to Government Orders), as this enhances the effect of your treatment. You are requested to wear swimwear in the wet areas.
- Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid any inconvenience to the next guest’s appointment.
- Redemption of the voucher/offer by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company’s liabilities in respect of the voucher.
- This offer can be used for a single transaction and not on multiple transactions.
- The voucher/offer shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment nor redeemable for cash.
- No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the voucher. Once a voucher is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled voucher is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
- Any dispute needs to be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited and the decision of the company shall be final.
- Any further dispute related to the voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
- The voucher is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser and the voucher bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
- The company reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.
