NASA HulK Challenge Overview

The NASA human lander challenge (HULC) is a NASA’s exploration system development mission directorate’s effort to explore innovative solutions for variety of known Human landing system challenges area.

Who can participate in NASA Hulk Challenge?

This challenge is open to team of graduate and undergraduate student at accredited colleges and universities in the UNITED STATES.
Foreign students attending the proposing US based university can full participate on a HULK team and at HULK Forum.
Foreign universities are not eligible to participate in the challenge, only USA universities are allowed to participates.
After review, total 12 teams are selected by March 2024 to developing proposal concepts in Huntsville, Alabama in June 2024

Prize money in NASA Hulk Challenge

Each finalist team will receive stipend of $ 7,000 to facilitate participation in the forum includes submission of final technical paper and poster and presenting concept to panel of NASA and related industry expert.
However, design a prototype model is welcomed and appropriate. The top three team will share prize money of $18,000.

First team win $10,000
Second team win $8,000
Third team win $3,000

25 – 27 June, 2024	HULK forum or near NASA’s space flight center at Huntsville, Alabama
