“This new rule means that, girls and women have better option of wearing colored undershorts if they opt for it, It is our hope that players will more focus on performance without any anxiety due to this rule.”
The tournament organizer had been under pressure to relax strict dress code.
Its mental stress caused by all white dress code and skipping periods said former Olympic champion Monica Puig and Australian tennis player Daria Saville.
