Here the step for boost immunity is given as per Ayurveda, Ayush Ministry of India. This is only for reference point of view, you can change session as per your schedule.
Boost Immunity :
Morning Session ( 4.30 am to 8.30 am )
- Wake up early before sunrise and starts to walk between 4.30 – 5.00 am in the morning.
- Drink 1 – 3 glasses of warm water
- Gandusha / Kavala (Oil Pulling) 1 tablespoon of sesame or coconut oil for Kavala followed by warm water flush.
- Rinse with warm water added with a touch of turmeric and salt, Triphala, and Yashtimadhu, ShuddhaTankana (2% fluid arrangement), Madhoodaka (5% aqueous arrangement) likewise can be utilized for Kavala graha.
- Nasal Wellbeing – Pratimarsha Nasya (2 drops of sesame/coconut oil every nostril).
- Everyday act of Yogasana, Pranayama and reflection for something like 30 minutes as educated by Service concerning AYUSH
- Bath with warm water


After Noon Session
- Don’t sleep during the daytime
- Always involve in some activities like reading, painting, listening music, watch television, social media etc.
Evening Session
- Meditation / Pranayama – 30 minutes
- Indoor Recreational Activities
Boost Immunity : Dietetic Rules
- Eat only when hungry, eat only according to digestive power neither nor less
- Always take a fresh & warm diet.
- Eat easily digestible foods.
- Eat a night meal 3 hours after sunset before 8 pm
Sleep at regular time every day is best for health, sleep at least 2 – 3 hours after dinner.
Boost Immunity : General Measures
- Fumigation of house every evening with Dhup of antimicrobials such as Neem leaf, Sarshapa, Loban , Karpura , Ghee etc. Also usage of Aparajita Dhooma Choorna as per availability can be adopted.
