Full Form of RVM

The full form of RVM is Remote Electronic Voting Machine. This term is related to election of any state/ General election. The voter turnout ratio in the 2019 general election was 67.4%. The election commission of India is concerned about 30 crores electors not participate in the election in the various states / union territories. The main of this is due to internal migration of 85% of voters in the states.

Proxy voting
Early voting at special Early Voting Centers

Time tested model of M3 EVMs to enable voting at remote polling stations
The modified EVM can handle up to 72 multiple constituencies for single remote polling booth.
