The main motive behind this online e-commerce portal is to showcase some of the world’s oldest and most traditional crafts of India.

Refunds can only be granted if a request for a refund been put in within 20 days of delivery of the product.
We only ask our valuable customers not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, packaging, and the copy of bill received.
During Pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. After the successful quality refund for the returned item will be processed.

Returns will not be entertained in the following cases:

It is determined that the product got damaged while in your possession;
The product is different from what was shipped to you;
The product is not returned in its original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
The product is not intact with its original packaging
The product has already been used by the customer in any way

If you’ve received product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us at care@indiahandmade.com within 2 days from the delivery of the product with relevant proofs in the form of videos and photographs which may support your concern and this case will be further taken care/verified by the concerned team and the necessary steps will be taken.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.
We will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
In the case of refunds, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.
Return picks up will be arranged within 7 days from the date of initiation. (Alert: Return pick up will be attempted 2 times only.)
We do not entertain exchanges.
