• The full form of NMBA is Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan

• The Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan was launched on 15th August, 2020 in 272 districts which are most vulnerable for usage of drug in India,  to make India drug free.
• The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MosJE) has launched Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan in 372 districts including 67 districts of North East States with aim to create awareness about ill effects of substance among youth focus on higher education institutions, university campuses, schools and communities.
• More than 16,50,309 people have been reaches under NMBA including 23027 women, 55441 youths and 2126 educational institutions.
