Theme Based Government of India Calendar 2023
The Government of India’s Calendar 2023 brings all round development as per the vision, initiative and leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi belief – Sabka Saath, Sabka Viskas, Sabka Vishwas. The theme of the calendar 2023 is – Naya Varsh Naye Sankalp. Each month highlights select governance principles and policies that have played a crucial role in nurturing a strong India.
Theme of Calendar 2023
January
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi rechristened Rajpath as Kartavya Path in September 22.
February
- February is dedicated to Kisan Kalyan, or Farmer Welfare Programmes.
March
- The Government of India honours the women achievers with the ‘Nari Shakti Puraskar’ every year. The theme of March month is Nari Shakti.
April
- The theme of the April is Shikshit Bharat for the Prime Minister’s slogan, “Padhe Bharat, Badhe Bharat”.
May
- May is the dedicated month for the Skill India program.
June
- The International Yoga Day is celebrated across the world on June 21. The theme of the June month Fit India, Hit India.
July
- Mission LiFE is designed to develop programs to make people adopt the ‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle’ way of life.
August
- The theme for August is Khelo India for splendid performances of India’s sportspersons
September
- The theme of the September is Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, or The World Is One Family.
- India’s G-20 presidency based on – “One Earth, One Family, One Future” takes this ancient Indian paradigm global.
October
- The theme for the month of October is Food Security.
November
- The theme of the November month is Self-reliant India Inspired by our Prime Minister’s to make India aatmanirbhar.
December
- The theme of the December moznth is Ashtalakshmi, The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi has called the eight states in the Northeast as Ashtalakshmi.
