Pasteurized table butter
Garlic herbs masala (2.5%)( Garlic powder, Garlic flakes, oregano leaves, Ghee)
Iodizer salt,
Natural colour (160b)
What is natural colour 160b?
- The natural colour 160b is Annatto.
- The Annatto shall be derived from plant Bixa Orellana L.
- It shall be processed, packed, stored and distributed under hygienic conditions.
- Annato extract in oil as solution is prepared by extraction of the outer coating of seeds with vegetable oil. Only edible oil seeds shall be used in the preparation of the solution of Annatto colour in oil.
- The solution of annatto colour in oils shall be clear, so on storage in suitable container at 15 oC.
The Annato shall be of two types
- Solution in oil for use in butter and other food products and
- Solution in water for use in cheese and other food products
