Beml is planning to further build country’s promising projects, namely – high speed rail , vande bharat sleeper trains, metro rail coaches, high mobility & armoured recovery vehicle, special application engines for defence, ai-based high-end mining equipment. Towards realization of these business objectives, beml limited wish to engage experienced & senior professional as consultants to support beml’s metro & rail manufacturing business group.
BEML PSU Vacancy 2024 – Job Description
Work experience in heavy machinery industries, transport systems (Railways/ Metro) or complex engineering products would be added advantage. Understanding engineering-specific challenges, including supply chain management, equipment maintenance, and process efficiency. It is contractual job.

BEML PSU Vacancy 2024 – Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering/ mechanical
Engineering/ manufacturing engineering or a related field. Certifications in lean manufacturing, such as lean six sigma (black
Belt/ green belt) or certified lean manufacturing consultant. In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies (5s, kaizen, value stream mapping, kanban, jit, etc.). Familiarity with total productive maintenance (tpm) and continuous improvement (ci) processes.
