Under this MoU, India assists Bhutan to enhance energy efficiency in the household sector by star labelling programme. The rising demand of energy efficient equipment are increasing if the consumer prefer higher efficiency appliances. The BEE spreads country’s star labelling program that covers 37 appliances used in daily life.
