Meaning of Dementia in Hindi

Fast scale of Dementia

There are seven stage of Fast scale of Dementia. Each scale of dementia is discussed here in brief.

Stage1: Normally functioning adult

They are mentally healthy.

Stage2: Normally functioning senior adult

The second stage is Fast scale which is normal aged forgetfulness.
The key memory forget like misplacing car key or bike key or spectacles. According to experts, stage 2 is normal for adults.

Stage3: Early dementia

At the stage, some one start to repeat questions or telling story again and again.
The performance of job will start to decline in this stage because concentration is more difficult.
One person may unable to perform complex tasks.

Stage4: Mild dementia

Person starts to forget recent or major events and trouble to remember what is month or year this is.
Peron easily remember things like their phone number, address and basic tasks but it becomes increasingly difficult for them to handle things like paying bills or fixing meals.
This is early stage of dementia.

Stage5: Mid stage dementia

This is middle stage of dementia. Person can still perform some basic tasks, such as being able to feed themselves, but someone else must prepare the meals for them.
Person cannot live without help of other. Problems such as wandering, suspiciousness, confusion starts in this stage and becomes more and more independent.

Stage6: Moderately severe dementia

This is begin of severe stage, it requires 24 * 7 hours supervision and assistance for everything.
Person may start their ability to speak and has severe mobility issues. Special care taker required at this stage.

Stage7: Severe stage dementia

This is final stage of disease.
No hope at this stage and person will lose their all abilities and unable to walk.
It is impossible to communicate with each other.
Body of person does not get respond and finally passed away.
